Log into your Fatsoma app on your account www.fatsoma.com/orders select the ticket, click view order and then click request refund. You will receive and email once this has been received.

Fatsoma’s booking fees are non-refundable. This is a fixed cost from ticket companies to provide the service and cover transaction fees.

The time it takes to receive a refund can depend on your bank payment provider. This can take up to 10 working days but is generally around 3-5 working days.
